Meet Our Team
Nathan Gilman: He’s the art behind the shop. He’s got 25 years of experience in the tattoo industry and has won several awards for his work during conventions. He has continued to put out amazing work for his clients, working with them on custom designs to make sure they get exactly what they want at a price that fits for them.
Loni Koski: She’s the brains behind the business and takes care of everything administrative so Nathan and guest tattooers don’t have to worry about paperwork of any kind (Aside from consent forms, please sign those :)) Loni has an extensive background in social work and has moved on toward her goal of entrepreneurship alongside her best friend and business partner, Nathan. They each bring their own charisma to the table to make sure everyone is happy leaving the shop and feel welcome and happy while they’re there.

The owner of the shop and the brains behind the business plan – She has worked in Human Resources for 3 years and social work for 10 years. Her ability to work with people and make them feel welcome is top tier.

The famous shop in Randle Washington! You can come here to get tattooed, to hang out with us as friends, to come get a free consultation on your next tattoo, or whatever else you’d like to visit for. We’re open Tuesday through Saturday 11-7pm.

Black Bolt Parlour serves everywhere from Winlock, WA to Yakima WA and from Randle, WA to Puyallup, WA. We have clients that travel to get their tattoos from Nathan because once you find a good artist, it’s hard to trust anyone else. Nathan is definitely that person, he gives you what YOU want, not what he wants you to have.
Black Bolt keep prices low to best serve the rural communities. Out shop minimum is $60 and it will never go up. We’re able to do this for a myriad of reasons, but the most important factor is that it allows people from all walks of life to alter their skin to feel better in it. And that’s our goal.

Established
Black Bolt was established in November of 2025. We were full of dreams and ambition and finally made our dreams come true with a $5,000 loan and SO many cans of paint.
Turns out plumbing is hard, and tattooing is much more our niche.
How To Find Us
There is only one way in and out of Randle. If you’re coming from I5, take exit 68 and follow Highway 12 until you reach the unincorporated town of Randle, WA. We’re on the left hand side of the road by the RV parts store, and right across the street from our favorite Motel.
